Lux Club Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Fee and Payment:

• Founders Price: The initial membership fee for founders is $15 per month or $150 per year. This price is locked in for founders as long as they maintain their membership.
• Payment: Membership fees will be charged on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the selected payment plan.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, venmo
• Payment Defaults: If a payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess the payment up to four times. If payment is still unsuccessful after four attempts, your membership will be terminated.
• Re-enrollment: If your membership is terminated due to payment failure, you may re-enroll, but you will be subject to the current membership fee.

2. Membership Benefits and Access:

• Private Instagram Page: Members will have access to a private Instagram page where educational videos will be shared.
• Exclusive Perks: Members may be eligible for additional perks such as discounted in-person classes and exclusive events.
• Access Termination: Upon cancellation of your membership, you will lose access to the private Instagram page and all associated benefits.

3. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation Notice: Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing at least 72 hours' notice prior to the start of their next billing cycle. Email us at [email protected] to cancel. In the subject line, please include CANCEL
• No Refunds: There are no refunds for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, payment failures, or changes in membership benefits.

4. Membership Restrictions:

• Account Sharing: Members are prohibited from sharing their login information with anyone else.
• Intellectual Property: Members may not record, share, or distribute any of the information or educational content provided on the private Instagram page.
• Perk Sharing: Members may not share any exclusive perks or discount codes associated with their membership.

5. Membership Termination:

• Violation of Terms: If a member violates these Terms and Conditions, we may terminate their membership without refund.
• Consequences of Termination: Termination of membership will result in the loss of access to the private Instagram page and all associated benefits.

6. Governing Law:

• Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States.
